Warranty
All products are covered by Livinbasic’s limited warranty policy for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of delivery against:
* Manufacturing defects of materials used at the time of delivery;
* Missing parts or materials at the time of delivery;
* Manufacturing defects in parts;
* Products that fails to perform within the description
Subject to the following:
* Livinbasic must be informed of such defect via image or video being sent to hello@livinbasic.com
* All products replaced or repaired under this warranty shall be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period
What our warranty does not cover
* Wear and tear, cuts, scratches or damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, fire or other act of nature
* Damaged of product that has been modified
* Damaged of product during self-assembly upon failure to follow the installation manual provided
* Damaged of product during use upon failure to abide the instructions given in user manual
* Minor misalignments and variations due to workmanship
* Measurements discrepancy of less than 5cm
Please note that the warranty only applies to existing Livinbasic customers and all the repaired or replaced products are warranted for the remainder of their original product’s warranty period, or whichever is longer. (The invoice receipt is required to present to be eligible.)
Limited Warranty
* Livinbasic reserves the right to determine whether the warranty may be claimed
* Livinbasic reserves the right to determine whether a part should be repaired or replaced
* Any repair or replacement under this warranty is limited to the defective part only
* Parts replaced under this warranty may have slight variation to the original
* The warranty will be discontinued immediately if the product becomes defective due to misuse or abuse
* This warranty only applies to original purchaser
Effective Date
* This warranty shall be effective from the date of delivery
How to make a warranty claim
Please submit your claim in writing to hello@livinbasic.com. You must provide clear photos or videos of the alleged defect as well as the proof of purchase. If you refused to send photos or video on the alleged defects or the proof of purchase, Livinbasic will assume that the claim is abandoned and invalid.
Replacement will consist of new items and/or already used items that are in new condition in terms of performance and reliability. Replacement parts may vary in looks from what you bought. Replacement items, will be warranted until the end of the warranty for the originals.
You may be responsible for shipping costs for returning the product to Livinbasic warehouse. Product should be shipped so that it can be tracked and/or insured; Livinbasic is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment.
